BPP Registration and IRR Consultant in Nigeria
Lifehampers helps companies register on the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) National Database and get the Interim Registration Report (IRR) needed to bid for federal government contracts.

What BPP Registration Involves
The Bureau of Public Procurement keeps the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers under the Public Procurement Act 2007. Ministries, departments and agencies ask bidders for the Interim Registration Report (IRR) as evidence that they are on this database, and companies that are not registered cannot do business with the federal government.
Before BPP will accept your registration, your company needs a set of compliance certificates:
- Tax Clearance Certificate covering the last 3 years
- PENCOM Compliance Certificate for pension remittances
- NSITF Compliance Certificate under the Employees' Compensation Scheme
- ITF Compliance Certificate for the training levy
- Audited accounts, company profile, evidence of past jobs and a sworn affidavit
Get Compliant First
We check your tax, pension, NSITF and ITF position and fix gaps, because missing pension remittances or group life insurance are the most common reasons applications stall.
Register on the Portal
We set up your company on the BPP contractor registration portal, choose the right category, upload your documents and guide you through the registration fee payment.
Receive Your IRR
Once BPP verifies your submission you download the IRR. We combine it with your certificates into one tender pack PDF ready for bids.
Renew Every Year
Your IRR and the supporting certificates are renewed yearly. We set reminders so nothing expires before a tender closes.
Full Contract Pack
We can handle PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, tax clearance and BPP together, so you deal with one team instead of five agencies.
Questions people often ask
Straight answers to the questions we hear most often.
What is the IRR?
The Interim Registration Report from the Bureau of Public Procurement. It shows that your company is registered on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers, and MDAs ask for it in tender documents.
Can a business name register with BPP?
Business names can register, but many tenders prefer or require a limited company with audited accounts. We can advise and handle CAC registration if needed.
What certificates do I need before BPP?
How much does BPP registration cost?
The BPP registration fee depends on your category and is shown on the portal. Our fee is quoted after a readiness check, and government fees are always shown separately.
How long does it take?
About 2 to 4 weeks once all certificates are ready. Clearing pension arrears or getting accounts audited usually takes the most time.
Is the IRR valid forever?
No. Registration is renewed yearly, together with the tax, pension, NSITF and ITF certificates.
