These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.lifehampers.com and the services provided by Lifehampers Global Consults (“Lifehampers”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, booking a consultation or engaging us for a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
1. About Us
Lifehampers Global Consults is a business consulting, compliance and digital solutions firm based at 9, Suite 4c Progressive Road, Apata, Ibadan, Oyo State 202110, Nigeria. You can reach us at info@lifehampers.com or +234 807 221 2214.
2. Our Services
We provide two groups of services:
- Business registration and compliance, including CAC registration, trademark, patent and copyright registration, NAFDAC, SON, NIPC, CERPAC and expatriate quota, business premises, NESREA, ITF, SCUML and oil and gas compliance support.
- Digital solutions, including website design and development, Shopify stores, mobile apps, POS integration, CRM and hospital management software, AI automation and digital marketing.
For registration and compliance services, we act as your consultant and accredited or authorised agent where applicable. We are not a government agency. Final approvals, certificates and timelines are decided by the relevant agency or regulator, and we cannot guarantee any particular outcome or decision.
3. Quotes, Fees and Government Charges
- Our professional fees are set out in a written quote, proposal or invoice for each engagement. The scope described there is what we have agreed to deliver.
- Official government and agency fees are separate from our professional fees unless your quote clearly says they are included.
- If an agency changes its official fees or requirements during your engagement, we will tell you before proceeding and any difference will be payable by you.
- Work outside the agreed scope, or extra rounds of changes beyond those agreed, may attract additional fees, which we will agree with you before starting.
4. Payments
- Payment terms, including any deposit, are stated on your quote or invoice. Work begins once the agreed payment has been received.
- Only make payments to the account details shown on an official Lifehampers invoice. If you receive payment instructions that look different, confirm them with us by phone on +234 807 221 2214 before paying.
- We may pause work on an engagement while an agreed payment is overdue.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and genuine information and documents, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
- Respond to our requests for information, approvals and signatures in good time. Delays in your responses will delay your project or application.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply. We are not liable for rejections, penalties or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or false information provided to us.
- For digital projects, make sure you have the right to use any text, images, logos and other content you give us.
6. Timelines
Any timelines we give are good-faith estimates based on our experience and the information available at the time. Registration and compliance timelines depend heavily on government agencies, their systems and their review processes, which are outside our control. We will keep you informed of progress and any delays we become aware of.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel an engagement by telling us in writing.
- Government and agency fees that have already been paid to an agency on your behalf cannot be refunded by us, as they are controlled by the agency.
- Professional fees for work already carried out up to the date of cancellation are not refundable.
- Any refund of fees for work not yet started is handled as stated in your quote or agreement, or, where it is silent, fairly and in good faith.
- If we are unable to deliver an agreed service for reasons within our control, we will discuss a fair remedy with you, which may include completing the work, adjusting the scope or refunding fees for the undelivered part.
8. Digital Projects and Intellectual Property
- Once you have paid in full, you own the final custom designs, content and deliverables we create specifically for you, unless your agreement says otherwise.
- Themes, plugins, apps, fonts, stock images, software libraries and platforms such as WordPress and Shopify are owned by their providers and are licensed to you on their own terms. Some carry their own subscription costs.
- Where possible, domains, hosting, Shopify stores and other accounts should be registered in your name. If we hold any account on your behalf, we will hand over access once all fees are paid.
- We may show completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to, and we will never disclose your confidential information in doing so.
- Ongoing hosting, maintenance, support or marketing services are only included where your agreement says so.
9. Consultations and Appointments
You can book a consultation through our booking page, by phone or on WhatsApp. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible. Advice given in a consultation is based on the information you provide at the time.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law:
- we are not liable for decisions, delays, fee changes or errors made by government agencies or third-party providers;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, business opportunity or data, arising from your use of the website or our services; and

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you engage us apply to that engagement, together with your written quote or agreement. If your written agreement conflicts with these terms, your written agreement applies.
