How Units Work
One unit sends one page of up to 160 characters to one number. Longer messages use more pages, and messages with emoji or special characters fit 70 characters per page. The counter shows the exact units before you send, and units never expire.
Sending Responsibly
Only message people who have agreed to hear from you, such as your customers, members or staff. Promotional messages may not reach numbers on Do Not Disturb (DND). Messages that are fraudulent or misleading are not allowed and accounts that send them are closed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Prices are per unit, where one unit sends one page to one number. See the price table on this page. Bundles and custom amounts are available and units never expire.
Yes. Request your sender ID in your dashboard. Nigerian networks must approve each sender ID, which usually takes a few working days. Until then, messages go out with our default sender ID.
Promotional messages may not reach numbers that have activated Do Not Disturb. Transactional messages such as order updates and alerts can be routed differently. Contact us if most of your audience is on DND.
Paste numbers into the recipients box, or upload a CSV, Excel export or text file. The system picks out valid Nigerian numbers, removes duplicates and shows how many are invalid before you send.
Numbers that the network rejects are refunded to your balance automatically, and each send appears in your history with its status.
Buy units in your dashboard and pay securely by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. Units are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.
