NEPC Exporter Registration in Nigeria
Lifehampers helps exporters register with the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) and get the Exporter's Certificate, so you can export officially and access NEPC support and incentives.

How NEPC Registration Works
The Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) registers businesses that export goods from Nigeria. Registration is done only through the NEPC e-registration platform, and the Exporter's Certificate is what banks, buyers and export programmes look for.
Documents depend on the type of organisation:
- Limited company: CAC certificate, memorandum and articles, status report and a sealed board resolution to register with NEPC
- Cooperative society: certificate of registration, bye-laws and a board resolution
- NGO or Incorporated Trustees: CAC certificate, constitution and a trustees' resolution
Fees
NEPC lists N13,500 for a new certificate, N7,500 for renewal and N12,500 for late renewal (over 3 months after expiry), plus Remita or bank charges.
Fast Issuance
NEPC states that certificates are issued within one working day after payment is confirmed, provided documents and information are complete.
Validity
Your first certificate is valid for 24 months, then it is renewed every year.
Beyond the Certificate
Depending on your product you may also need a NAFDAC export permit, NAQS phytosanitary certificate and the bank's NXP form for each shipment. We map these out for you.
How We Help
We draft the board resolution, set up your NEPC account, upload documents, guide payment and give you an export checklist for your product.
