Voice Broadcast Service in Nigeria
Record your message once and we call your whole list. Customers, members, parents or voters hear your own voice in English, Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo or Pidgin. You pay per call from your Lifehampers SMS wallet, and calls that are not answered are refunded.

What is voice broadcast?
Voice broadcast, also called voice SMS or bulk voice calls, automatically calls a list of phone numbers and plays a recorded message when each person answers. It works on every phone, including basic phones, and it reaches people who do not read SMS or do not read English.
Lifehampers voice broadcast runs inside the same dashboard and wallet as our Bulk SMS service:
- Three ways to add your message: upload an MP3 or WAV, record straight from your phone or laptop, or type text to be read aloud.
- Any Nigerian language when you record your own voice: English, Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo or Pidgin.
- Contacts from anywhere: paste numbers, upload a CSV or TXT file, or use your saved contact groups.
- Exact cost before you send, charged per 30 seconds of message.
- Refunds for calls that are not answered or fail.
- Live call report: answered, not answered and failed, number by number.
- Respectful calling hours: calls only go out between 8am and 8pm Nigeria time.

Can I send my message in Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo or Pidgin?
Yes. Record the message in your own voice, or upload a recording, in any language. The type-and-read option uses an English voice, so record your own voice for local languages.

Which networks does it work on?
All Nigerian mobile networks, including MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9mobile, and on basic phones as well as smartphones.
Do I need a separate account?
No. Voice broadcast uses the same login and units wallet as Lifehampers Bulk SMS. Open your dashboard to start.
When are the calls made?
Only between 8am and 8pm Nigeria time, so nobody is disturbed at night.
Can you write or record the message for me?
Yes. Talk to us about scriptwriting and voice-overs in English, Yoruba or Pidgin, or about running the whole campaign for you.
