E-Invoicing Setup for Nigerian Businesses (NRS MBS)
Get your business onto the Nigeria Revenue Service e-invoicing system without the stress. We check your readiness, sort out your TIN and VAT, set up compliant invoicing and connect you to an NRS-accredited provider.

NRS E-Invoicing, Done for You
The Nigeria Revenue Service now requires businesses to send invoices through its national e-invoicing system, the Merchant Buyer Solution (MBS). Large taxpayers had to be live by 31 July 2026, medium taxpayers (₦1 billion to ₦5 billion turnover) went live on 1 July 2026 with enforcement expected in early 2027, and smaller businesses are expected to follow from 2027.
Every invoice must go through an NRS-accredited Access Point Provider or System Integrator. We help you choose the right one for your size and software, handle the setup and train your team, so you stay compliant and keep your customers able to claim their input VAT.
- Readiness assessment: your phase, deadline and gaps, in plain English. Try our free readiness checker first.

- Provider onboarding: we connect you to an NRS-accredited Access Point Provider or System Integrator and complete MBS onboarding and testing.
