Click Download PDF / Print. In the print window, choose Save as PDF as the destination, then save. On Android, choose Save as PDF from the printer list. On iPhone, pinch out on the preview and use the share button to save the PDF.
What a Valid Invoice Should Include
Your business name and contact details, the customer’s name, a unique invoice number, the date, a clear description of each item, the amounts, any VAT charged and the total due. VAT-registered businesses should also show their TIN.
