CAC Registration Agent in Nigeria
Lifehampers is a CAC registration agent based in Ibadan, registering business names, limited companies and incorporated trustees (NGOs, churches and associations) for clients across Nigeria, fully online and without you visiting a CAC office.

Choosing the Right Registration Type
The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registers every business entity in Nigeria. The right structure depends on your liability, your plans for investment or contracts, and who owns the business. These are the three most common options:
Business Name
The simplest and cheapest option, ideal for sole traders, freelancers and small businesses. The business is not a separate legal entity, so the owner is personally responsible for its debts.
Limited Liability Company (LTD)
A separate legal entity that protects the owners' personal assets, can take on investors and is usually expected for government and large corporate contracts. One person can own and direct a private company.
Incorporated Trustees
For NGOs, churches, mosques, foundations, clubs and associations. Registers the trustees as a body that can own property and operate in its own name, and requires a constitution and trustee details.
What You Need
Proposed names, valid ID (NIN slip, voter's card, driver's licence or international passport), passport photographs, signatures, a business address and a description of your activities. Companies also need director and shareholder details and share capital.
After Registration
Under the 2026 tax reforms, a company's CAC registration number also serves as its Tax ID, so there is no separate TIN application. Remember your annual returns, and check whether you also need SCUML, a trademark or sector permits.
Frequently Asked Questions
